When you make a purchase using our integrated PayPal gateway, we securely receive your full name, email address, and physical shipping address. This information is required to fulfill your order and generate your tracking number.
Note: We never process, see, or store your credit card details or financial credentials. All payments are handled directly and securely by PayPal.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is used exclusively to manufacture your 3D-printed tool, pack your order, and dispatch it to your country. We do not use your email for spam newsletters, and we will never sell or share your address with third-party advertising networks.
3. Data Retention & Security
Your order logs are securely saved in an encrypted database (Supabase) so that we can manage shipping statuses and process returns. If you wish to have your shipping info permanently deleted from our database after your package arrives, simply contact our support team.
